Easter Monday Banter: Upcoming for 5 years???


Just banter, but recent events on my TL made me think about how some people actually make great music and are not getting that recognition in the industry.
This selection is based on the performances they book (opening act) and the title they give them- Upcoming artist.
I think it just gets to a point where it shouldn't be so, and it has a lot to do with the record label you are with and how much they are willingly to invest in you. Skales is someone who was upcoming for a while, but once he switched labels he dropped his album and he's now Skales the artist not the upcoming one.

Based on TL banter, I present some of my Upcoming and not coming up so quick artist;

1. Dammy Krane 
'Dammy Krane for the girls oh"  since 2011 and he is still upcoming. He also put an album out and its not doing so great. Well he said some people WIZKID  are stealing his content so maybe that's why.


2. BOJ 
My lord!! I love Boj's voice and there is something melo about the music he does. But I heard of DRB since like high school and now I'm doing NYSC. I feel like he needs a better platform because he makes good music.


3. Ajebutter22 
Super cool dude, he had two major jams and I personally love Omo pastor, but the way things look, Kiss Daniel and Lil Kesh have  more presence in the industry. I think consistency is key. He makes really good music we just need more of it.


Worthy of mention, Karat Kid,Shaydee and Ozzy B, wassup guys?

Memoirs Of A 21 Year Old Virgin - Something Happened Pt. 2

Hi guys, For some funny reason, I stopped  writing because I am a lazy writer and  I could not find  my medical report (scan  result)  Sounds funny right? but it's true, found it now so I can continue my story. So, the scan  I did is Abdominopelvic Sonogram which shows that  Pouch of  Douglas is empty didn’t Google that tho, but the impression of my results says that Polycystic appearing ovaries. So my Google search  shows: What is the cause of Polycystic appearing ovaries It means androgen levels in women can prevent the ovaries from releasing an egg (ovulation) during each menstrual cycle and can cause extra hair growth and acne,  also high levels of insulin. Lol still don’t understand it tho but I still have to carry out another test, which I have not done. Called my Doctor as usual and he tried to enlighten me that its something even doctors dunno why it occurs, so I still have a couple of tests to run. About Short Vacations, Turning 21 Again and Other Stories.

It's my birthday season, I'm super excited because this wasn't such a great year and things started looking up this month. I'd like to share an updated blogpost from where I was at last year! Read full article here . It's funny how I wrote that blogpost on this day last year, a whole year has passed.So far, I have gone 2 sizes up, my skin has a horrible rash that has reduced my short dress wearing, but the ribbon is that I have the best friends in the world and I'm actually progressing in my career. I still Listen to CTRL by SZA, my favorite song is Garden and the current song that explains my life is 20 something!  For my birthday this year, I'd be travelling to Abuja to pay Bidemi and Visit, maybe I'd be able to get an article out of her. I intend to go hiking, partying and just rest. I look forward to another amazing year of laughter, Joy, More money and more money. I have attached a recent photo of me, covered H2T!
